Rudest Service In The World

<p>Haad the worst service in the world from Vodashop in River Square, Vereeniging. My husband had to upgrade and they had almost no stock available, so after not having anything explained to us friendly or clearly, we decided to order the phone he wants and we were guaranteed it would be available within a week. The guy who helped us, Jaco, was so rude the entire time we were there, making snide comments. On Wednesday they tell us the order has arrived and today they tell us the phone wasn't with the batch they ordered. We spoke to the same Jaco, and once again - he was terribly rude. He didn't even apologise for the inconvinience - he just made it sound like it was out fault.</p>
