Rude/sarcastic consultant
Vodacom customer care helpline 082137 are very rude. I called in to enquire about my *** the line was very bad didn't get her name clearly when i ask her who am i speaking to for the confirmation of her name she sounded so irritated. Called in again the same incident happened as we continue with the conversation the caller was so irritated when i didn't get what he was saying hence the network issue. Until i tell him that why is he been rude he then gave me sarcastic answers. Im so disappointed with their telephone s****.
