Rude Vodacom Salesperson

This afternoon at approximately 16:34 I made a call to Vodacom online about my encounter yesterday, of a deal. Unfortunately the person who was meant to assist me decided to drop the phone in my ear without understanding my full enquiry. I am 30 now and have been with Vodacom since I received my first phone. This unacceptable behaviour is not pleasing at all and I will not stop contacting them until I have proof that that person was dealt with!
