Rude Vodacom Consultants

What a dreadful experience at the Vodacom Shop today at The Workshop. From the entrance until you enter the shop the staff members are not welcoming and not willing to help. The moment I had started asking for a branch manager they wanted to assist. I was simply looking to do a sim swap but they told me that I can't if it is for a prepaid but they can if it is for a contract. If only that was not enough a rude consultant told us that between my partner and myself needs to leave the shop and I had simply asked the question of if this was an elderly person who was not knowledged and did not speak and ounce of English would you have treated them the same? That's when I decided to leave the shop immediately.

Yesterday I had gone to the Vodacom shop in Pavilion and they advised that they don't do sim swaps at all after 4pm. It's really disappointing that even when you try and utilize their customer care call center, they just simply juggle you around as if you are applying for a visa.
