Rude Vodacom Consultant

A Vodacom consultant contacted me this wanting to talk about my Contract. It was such an unpleasant experience. I was rudely interrupted, and she was clearly annoyed when I explained that what I am paying is not what she is seeing on her end (on the system) she literally hung up on me and I am still not even sure why she phoned. This is grossly unprofessional and this type of behavior and bullying should not be allowed or ignored Vodacom, it is disgusting!!!
