Rude Vodacom agent (Dineo Kole) at Vodacom Ghandi Square
I recently visted a Vodacom store at Ghandi square to enquire about sim swap. I was attended to by a lady called Dineo Kole. The lady was very rude. She undermined me and did not assist me at all. She does not have good customer s****s. As a result, I ended up going to an MTN store.
