Rude technician and ill trained consultant

On 02/07/15 I went into the Vodacom as my Huawei Ascend G510 would not charge. Smondile helped me & advised that due to my cracked screen, warranty had fallen away & I would be liable for any repair work done. I accepted this & he booked my phone in & advised of their R57 assessment fee. He explained that the fee was paid for the technicians to assess the phone in order for them to quote for the repairs. At 10:34 I received an sms notifying me of my device being booked in under job # ***5. At 11:00, I got as sms stating that my device was ready for collection. When I got to the store Smondile advised that it was policy not to fix my type of phone but to replace it. However, because I was out of warranty due to my cracked screen there was nothing they could do. I accepted this & requested they refund my assessment fee - clearly no assessment had been done if \policy stated that this type of phone was never repaired". He then called a very RUDE Imraan Mohamed (technician) who advised he had assessed my phone & found it had a cracked screen - which is unacceptable as I knew that already. They then both refused to give me an email address to escalate my complaint to??"""
