Rude Team Leader

<p>I phoned Vodacom customer care in regards to my upgrade that was **********ly done on my account.To cut the story short because an agent didn't know what to do I called for a team leader or any higher person.Came a team leader by the name of Patricia Kommando and she told me where to get off.This is not the first time I've spoken to that same team leader,at first the agent was not willing to give her the phone.Judging by that,this team leader might be even treating those agents in a bad way.I don't mean to say this but she is bad for Vodacom,I've used Vodacom for so many years but now who are they allowing to assist us? Bad team leaders? How do you lead a team if you are that horrible!? Patricia Komando</p>
