Rude staff and incorrect billing

This is my 3rd complaint since my last complaint on the 23rd of April. I was advised that the only way to rectify my faulty sim card was to go into a Vodacom store and purchase 2 new sim cards and then do 2 sim swaps. I was advised that I would be refunded for this. The first time I attempted this at the Pavilion store I was told that they were offline and had to come back another day. I went back 3 days later on the 2nd of May and did the sim swaps. The router did not work for the whole duration of April so how can I be expected to pay the pro rata for April for a device that did not work? I called the customer care today and the agent advised that she was not experienced enough to understand my statement and that she would call a supervisor. I was then kept on hold for ages and then the line was cut off. I am being overcharged on my statement, irrespective of the pro rata. I had to return to the Vodacom store after the sim swap as the router was still not working only to discover that 1 of your agents had incorrectly inserted the sim card on the day of the sim swap and to make matters worse they tried to charge me an additional R150 just to set up the router! The refund for the sim cards are not showing on my statement and I want a refund for April as I could not utilize it for the whole month. I also want my statement to be corrected. I refuse to go into a store again and wait ages only to deal with rude staff and clearly the customer care call center staff are ***********.
