Rude staff and bad customer service
I upgraded from a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to a S6 on 12 April. On 13 April, I went to the Absa Vodacom in Jhb CBD to transfer my data. Thubiso told me that only contacts and calendar could be backed up. I couldn't understand it as it was Samsung to Samsung and I asked if there is no way that photo's and apps could be transfered. He very was snappy and said no, he can't do that.

My S6 went in for repairs 2 weeks ago, after I only had it for a month and I used my old Note 2.. Misheck from Randpark Ridge put a sim-adopteor in the Note 2 without charging me anything. Sunday my phone was displaying a message, 'No Sim'.

I went to the Absa Vodacom on Monday morning (8 June). Chico was helping me and said I have to buy a new sim-adaptor and it cost R99. I asked why, because I felt it's not my fault that my new phone, has to go in for repairs. Thubiso, very rudely said from the side 'NOTHING IN THIS SHOP IS FOR FREE'. I took my phone and left.

The way he handles customers is not acceptable. The general feeling amongst the Absa staff is that the staff at that Vodacom is clueless and not helpful at all!!

That is not how you treat a loyal Vodacom customer from 18 years
