Rude Service providers

Pity that these people that phone you to sell you a Service, they do not listen to you, do not allow you to provide you with information that you need and that after you have battled to hear what they say - not speaking clearly and pronoucing their words - sounds like a mumble. Eventually you ask them to end the call through pure frustration.
