RUDE SERVICE
Rude service! "Mphumzi" Vodacom customer care agent told me that SHE'S NOT A MAGICIAN when I was frustrated about fiber being down. She gave me attitude , told me that I was rude to her and put the phone down in my ears. I suggest that you take your call agents to proper customer service training.
