Rude Sales Consultant

I received a call from one of Vodacom's sales consultants regarding the migration of my contract.

After the whole discussion of the terms and conditions of the migration process, I informed the sales consultant that I don't want to do the migration as I cannot afford the migration. She became rude and while I was still busy speaking to her she ended the call without any notice.
