Rude sales assistants and False advertising

I visited the Jubilee Mall Vodacom shop on a Sunday, with the hope of taking up my first cellphone account with them. I arrived in store and asked the sales lady to assist me by telling me the full specs of the phone which i was interested in. she instead decided to give me a catalog and asked me to go through it and look for the phone. after going through the entire catalog I found that the information that i wanted wasn't available. I then told her that the info wasn't available that maybe she should look on their website or their phone database. Her response was that she can only do that on Monday (As she sipped her coffee), I was disappointed at the fact that the shop is being run like a \****a shop". <br> <br> I sent my Mother to go and take up a cellphone contract at the Jubilee Mall (as it is the closest Vodacom outlet). her package included a free gift which she was entitled to as a first time applicant. She decided that she wanted a Selfie stick or solar charging bank. To my surprise they gave her the phone but when she inquired about her gift she was told to come on saturday as they wanted to close the store.
