Rude rude rude tele-sales agent forcing me restructure my contract with Vodacom!!

So I got a call from this number: ***, a telesales agent saying they are acting on behalf Vodacom. The lady was shouting at me, could not even afford me time to speak. I ended up dropping the call. Why is Vodacom working with these rude people???!
