Rude, poor service, lazy staff

VERY POOR SERVICE. Very Very rude staff. and they are very lazy. The staff sends me back to another shop because it would be more convenient for them. Are they they staff or the employees or am I, who have 3 contracts with Vodacom?

I have never in my life heard anything good from Vodacom and I have now experienced it on the worst level ever!! I will never in my life open a contract with them again nor refer any client to them.
