Rude Phone Call from Vodacom Direct Deals

On about 12:38 PM on 10/04/2015, I received an unsolicited phone call from a blocked number, the caller stating they are from Vodacom Direct Deals. I immediately informed the call center agent that i am not interested and they should not call me again. I then proceeded to end the call.<br> <br> The call center agent called me back at once and told me, \I'm calling you again". This person then proceeded to hang up on me.<br> <br> It is most unfair that i should be harassed by these phone calls! What about the consumer protection act ?"""
