Rude manager
Bought a cellphone on the 2 June 2020 at Vodashop in heidelberg mall and it started giving me problems 3 weeks later(25 June 2020). Sent it back to the shop and they said it was the software and 'fixed it', only for it to not work again on the (29 June 2020). Went back to the shop and the Manager was very rude and left me standing with offering any help.
