Rude man at Vodacom outlet

Vodacom outlet in Springbok in the Northern Cape The man working there is so rude all the time. Makes you feel unwelcome and he never smiles he is just plain rude and this is everytime I go there. I came there bringing in my router with faulty battety, he than asked rudely how old is the router, I than rep**** its almost 2 years old than he got more rude almost "***king" me out saying that it will not be fixed if its 2 years old, than I rep**** again its almost 2 years old than he went on with my acc and so on. But just the pure rudeness, please do something about this cause this is the only Vodacom outlet around here and imagine him handling all the clients in this manner it makse Vodacom's name bad. I always speak to Vodacom customer care on my phone as I have 5 contracts with Vodacom and NEVER did anyone speak to me this rude like this man at Vodacom in Springbok.
