Rude , lack of knowledge and helpfulness

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Vodacom, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. From the moment I walked into the store, it was evident that this company's customer care and overall performance were subpar.

Firstly, the person who helped was abysmal and very unhelpful. It seemed like the person who helped me lacked proper training and knowledge, as he were unable to provide satisfactory solutions to my concerns. His lack of empathy and understanding made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Vodacom Gardens based on my experience. Working on your computer wile talking to a client is rude , unprofessional !!!!!
