rude, demanding and solution to the problem

I had and account with Vodacom and I paid it in full and final settlement. A week later I received a letter stating my account was handed over to Barnard Raff and associates. I contacted them on many occasions explaining what happened and no results came from this. I then agreed to pay the amount. This woman, Melita Rowanlall contacts me and demand I pay the account today after explaining to her I will do by the end of the month (30th October) she starts speaking over and demanding I do it now because her system will bring it up again in 2days time after telling her I'll do it at the by the end of the month. She then sends me a sms stating she is putting the sheriff onto me. This is not acceptable and ********* in business. You can not demand a client to do payment when you want and you also can't inconvience a client because your system will bring the client up again. Your duty is to get a payment date and that is what I have given her. I've been patient long enough with this company but now it's just becoming to much with her attitude. How do one resolve and issue with a person namely Melita Rowanlall who had and attitude.
