Rude customer service representative

I bought the Vodacom smart tab from game and I have had nothing but trouble. It refuses to go to the Google play store and when I called the customer service for help all the agents were rude but Owam took the up because she was shouting at me telling me she knows what she is doing. I also know that there is nothing wrong with play store as I can use it on my Samsung. We have 3 smart tabs and my kids cannot download. Please sort it out or give me my money back and take your tablets. I work in a bank and I know what good customer service is and I am a paying customer who deserves respect from the agents. <br>
