Rude Customer Care Consultants.

Hi, I just received a call from one of the customer service ladies, by the name of Vanessa. Not sure what her surname is, she sounds indian. She was explaining some increase on my contract to me so fast I might add, could hardly make out what she said. All I needed to know was, was my monthly payment increasing "YES". so I politely said No thank you would not like any increases on my contract. She rudely slammed the phone down in my ear. Just so you know this is not the first time i have spoken to a rude consultant from Vodacom. Please fix your people, or do not have them phone me ever again.
