RUDE CONSULTANT/HUNG UP ON ME

I was assited by Johanna from Vodacom regarding my contract and she did a great job. She then transferred to another department, cancellation and I spoke to a lady, didnt really catch her name. She answered 1 question of mine and hung up on me. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH VODACOM BECAUSE IT IS DIFFICULT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND THIS LADY JUST HANGS UP ON ME LIKE. SHE ACTUALLY SOUNDED UNINTERESTED IN THE CALL.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE FOR THAT AND I AM CANCELLING MY CONTRACT. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALL
