Rude consultant with bad customer service

Bad customer service due to rude consultant I have been struggling with network as airtime and data disappears without any reasons. I have called customer service and waited for more than 30 minutes on the line only to find a rude consultant who never answered me correctly anddecided to hang up my call. I really hate this network.
