Rude cancellations advisor

I have phoned and sent an email on 20 January to cancel my contract. The automated response said I will receive an email and sms to confirm. Today is the 25th and I am yet to receive anything. Today I phoned cancellations again and the person who assisted, became very rude when she tried to sell me other products I was not interested in and after telling her repeatedly that I do not want a contract and that I want to cancel. I want to keep my number, I understand that I will have to recharge on time. Please ensure that my contract is cancelled, as it ends 1 February 2023. I expect confirmation of this in writing!
