Rude Cancelations Consultant

Called cancelations as my laptop contract will so expire & it comes with a 2gig promotional data that not optional so I wanted to cancel that, The lady in cancelations was so rude & unprofessional & the call took 35 minutes as she kept telling me system are down & she did security checks so many times & made kept asking me the number so many times for the cancelations, she kept leaving me hanging on the call without saying a word that she will be back. At the end of the call she left the call hanging so I would not get a chance to rate her as well. Also my contract ends at the end of July 2021 & I'm calling a month before July to end the promotional data which is a waste that I do not use, why must I wait another 30 days till the end of august for it to be canceled as per the consultant.
