Rude call centre agent

I called in today on the 2 February 2017 at 12.35 to ask a simple question about why my account was not debited this month. once again I had to deal with vodacoms rude unprofessional call centre agents. I became irate after she asked me a string of about 10 question and failed to authenticate my account when I answered exactly the same way I normally do. after me arguing and fighting she eventually accessed my account. I call in very often and haven't never experienced this before. she then grew irate at me because I was irate. how do you train your call centre agents? In my professional opinion as a call centre facilitator we train people to calm down irate customers and not to become aggressive. she then put me on hold without asking me or telling me and kept me on hold for10 minutes. I then asked her who she thinks she is to put me on hokd without asking or telling me. she continued to become more aggressive and dropped the call in my ear after I demanded to know who she was to report her. I believe that a big company such as Vodacom has a voice logging system and I want the manager that woman to listen to that call. I also excpect an apology from that woman. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional.
