Rude call centre agent

I phoned your call centre 114 number this morning @ 04:30 with this number *** and I was helped by rude black lady ***** she ended hanging the phone on me. You don't need such *********** ***** on your team. Pity I did not take her name but if you can go back surely you can listen to our conversation. She must be removed from your call centre because she has no customer service at all.
