RUDE CALL CENTRE AGENT

Call into Vodacom call centre this morning to report that Im not able to make call from my cellphone, was advised by a friendly agent to reboot my cellphone which I did. <br> Trued to call again and was confronted by Kgomotso who was irritated with me and he told me this and told me to that \its irritating to listen to someone press their keypad while he's talking with them"-- I have never felt defeated by a call centre agent. I asked to speak to his line-manager and he told me he's on lunch"
