Rude call agents

If I could rate a 0, I would. I was serviced by two very rude agents who literally think everything is a joke. I ordered a phone and got a confirmation email regarding the phone, but when I received an invoice, it was a different phone. I called to try to rectify the issue but instead was talked down on and blamed for this incident. Even when I tried to send the email, they still were blaming me for this incident. One agent shouted, then the other straight up laughed in my face. Where is the professionalism?

I am utterly shocked at this rude behavior.
