Rude Behavior of Agents

Today I went to do a sim swap at Vodacom store in Signet Terrace, Lenasia Ext.1. The guy ES7 (I don't know if that is his name or just a tag on his shirt) was very rude and abrupt. He was rude to me and another customer in the store just because there was a helmet on his desk which he couldn't ask nicely to be removed. Terrible customer service and no manners to talk to anyone at all.

So I received a call from this guy what ever his name is, the same guy who was rude to me, apparently he is the manager of the store. He phones me and tells me ( in even rude manner than yesterday) that he read my complaint and I was rude to him and not me and he is not afraid of anyone (Did i tell him that or tell him anything that he should be scared of me). I kept on telling him that he was rude to me and that's why i launched the complaint. And he kept talking about my colleague. Let me put in here the whole situation that happened yesterday. Me and my colleague went to the store for a sim swap and one of the employees was helping us. I ride a bike so I had my helmet with me which I put on this guys desk because it was empty. So this guy comes from the back and shakes my colleague's chair rudely and tells him "Remove your helmet" in a rude tune plus this is not a way to ask someone for anything. that's when things got heated up between him and my colleague. Then the security guys were called and my colleague went out. I am sitting there and this guy tells me that everyone working at matrix is rude. He got no right to involve any franchise in this matter because I did not say anything to him in the whole matter and after this i told him you were rude. He tells me "Are you gonna start with me now" and I told him "You have no right to talk about matrix or anyone working there. you were rude to him and that's what i am telling him". If this is the attitude of the manager of the store, what should we expect from other employee's? No respect at all, just because you are working for a franchise? Or Vodacom gives the right to their employee's to be rude to anyone? Or Vodacom gives them right to chase people away from their store? Seems like Vodacom have converted from a corporate to some Chinese ****a shop where employee's can do what ever they want.
