RUDE ASF VODACOM STAFF

I phoned Vodacom Vaal Mall Three times today trying to follow up on an order. Tirro/Cirro refused to help me as my order was done online , he kept on slamming the phone down in my ear. The last time I phoned the store I asked to speak to store Manager , I explained the situation to the store manager and he kept on saying well that`s online orders. He didn`t take into consideration that he has RUDE ASF staff ! All I wanted was a number to phone to follow up on my order!! VODACOM YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
