Rude as all hell
Call centre agents call you and then give you attitude. Even though you have told them you are not interested. They then tell you that you are incompitent for not buying additional cover. Who goves a call centre agent the right to give me ****? I am at the point of cacelling my contract due to rude as hell call centee agents that constantly phone me. Train some comepetant people and get rid of the rude as hell people. You will continue losing clients...
