Rude and Unprofessional Customer Service

My last two interactions with the Vodacom call center were a horrible experience which makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Rude and unprofessional consultants who sound like they hate their jobs. The last one with Martha was an experience with someone that is rude and arrogant, and needs extensive training in customer service or terminated. This was my second call to Vodacom to again get a service removed that I continue to be billed for because Vodacom did not action the first request on 17 March 2021.
