Rude and unprofessional customer care

The frustration I have from vodacom refusing to cancel my contract of 36months. They’ve been debiting my acc. I called Vodacom and spoke to a rude and unprofessional young man by name Tyson who refused to cancel my contract and giving me lengthy story and I told him to cancel and I was not interested in any other service. To make things worse at the end of the call where he asked me to rate his service he did not put me through rating options bcz he knew its poor. I waited and call ended Ref he gave me *** on 01 March 2024 at 08h10. Number in question is ***
