RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STAFF INCLUDING OWNER

I went in to do a Port for my cell phones and the staff were very unfriendly and rude, they do not even greet when you go to the store, the owner refused to call the One to One centre to find out what to do do, or how to to do the port. She told me that she is the Store Owner and she is NOT going to call them. <br> <br> In fact I was there the week before and she was rude to another customer, so i guess customer service is not one of her strong points. <br> <br> I also deal with clients and she has a LONG way to go regarding dealing with clients, and the same goes for her staff, needless to say I will never do business with them in the future.<br> <br> At least the vodacom store in Greenstone Mall and Lakeside were much more helpful.
