Rude and Unhelpful Agents

On 02/05/2017 I blacklisted my phone with Vodacom via 082111. Zandisiwe Maselowane said the ITC & IMI number will be sent via sms. When I opened a case the SAPS insisted on the ITC and IME number. I called Vodacome back again and spoke to a different person who then gave me the ITC and IME number. Today when I called the Vodacom insurance, I was told that the ITC & IME number I have belong to an old phone. I called Vodacom on 082111 again and Refiloe Kefenogile refused to give me the IMI number, I asked for her manager, Simphiwe Phaliso (who refused to give me her name and I had to beg for her name) who also refused to give it to me. They claim an sms with IME and ITC has been sent to me but I never received the sms. Now I have to be inconvenienced by going into Vodashop for the numbers. I am very disappointed by Vodacom service. I never expected this rudeness as Vodacom has been helpful in the past.
