Rude and Totally Unproffesional
At 12:50 Today I received a phone call from the number 082 275 98 - Vodacom Telemarketer. Thabiso Monyepao. He was phoning me regarding a arrears amount I was shocked and didn`t know what he was talking about. Then he screamed at me fought with me because I was disputing his statement. And then he puts the phone down in my ear???? Really??? Is that the way Vodacom works with their clients?????
