Rude and terrible service by Manager Raees at vodacom bluff towers.

I was sold a wrong cable charger on the7th march at bluff towers, I returned the cable with the receipt the following day and was told no refunds only exchange, i should come back when they have stock. i was on the 10th to come collect my cable, when i got there it was a cable and the adapter, i told the consultant i need the cable only and will take 2 so there is no refunds, the manager Raees when he was supposed to approve he refused and said I should take the cable and the adapter instead of taking 2 cables. He stated shouting and telling he is doing me a favor by exchanging and if I don't want what he is offering i should leave. He didn't even wait for my response he walked into the office and locked the burglar door. The consultant was trembling in fear and didn't know what to say.
