RUDE AND LACKLUSTER SERVICE FROM THE STORE

I ordered a phone from Vodacom at Ferndale on Republic, I was assisted by a lady called Thandeka. She is the most *********** and rudest person I have come across. She firstly ordered th wrong phone, she told me they cannot get the phone delivered. When I went there to pick it up I was told they ordered the wrong phone but it will be delivered to me by Thursday. Thursday came around and Thandeka sends me a text saying "sorry your phone will be delivered Monday or Tuesday".

I called her back to find out what's going on and she told me she cannot talk to me she's with a customer ,as if I am not a customer. It seems everyone in that store is *********** and their efforts are just lackluster. I need to speak to someone higher up
