RUDE AND *********** STAFF
<p>I took in my tablet for repairs on the 17/06/2016 at 15:04 because the BATTERY LIFE SPAN was fautly, the store was packed and had no order. The staff had no uniform on. I was assisted by Thabiso Modisela and he went to the back to check if my device was out of warranty, he then came back and advised that my device is still under 2 year warranty (DOCUMENT TO PROVE)and that i will not be required to pay for the repair. On the 20th of June 2016 i received a call and they advised that ther's a quotation on the device of R 1,284.78 and will therefore need to accept for the device to be repaired. And i gave her my side of the story, she then advised that she will contact me back when i saw that she was taking too long i then went on to my vodacom profile and i could pick up the incorrect fault saying DEVIDE NOT SWITCHING ON/OFF,BATTERY LIFE SPAN,BOOTUP ISSUES and the waranty type was on : NON - WARRANTY,i then contacted the call center via chat and they advised that i call Cellsure, i did so and spoke to Zandi Simba and she advised that they don't cover accessories and if Vodacom states my device is under warranty then they need to fix it. I called Jabulani repair center and a rude lady answered the phone and i requested to speak to the manager for the day, at first she refused and i was adamant at telling me the name of the manager and she kept on asking the people aroung what the surname of the manager is,she then gave me the manager's name which is Mimi Malungani and she called her out, on the background i could hear her refusing and i was asked to hold, still on the background i could hear them talk about me, The one lady said "i customer likwatile on the phone and ufuna ukukhuluma nawe Mimi" (Mimi,<br />there's an angry customer on the line and she wants to talk to you) then Mimi responds to her and says " Lenna ke kwatile kenalimasipha enne kenale B***S***" ( I'm also angry and full of s*** and also full of B***S***) i was holding on the line for 13 mins 50 sec (PHONE RECORD TO PROVE). I the put the phone down and tried to call again twice but the phone was now on an engaged tone. Since then iv'e had no assistance or feedback from the store.</p>

I received an sms after no one from vodacom contacted me,sms stated my device was ready for collection. Unfortunately when i got to the store my device was not ready and the boy (Thabiso Modisela ) gave me attitude. The device apparently was still awaiting approval for a quote even after i disputed it,that's how *********** the store is. The technician (Thabiso Ramabodu) comes to me and tried to make sense of the whole situation but fails, whilst the manager of the store Mimi Malungani hibernating at the back office. Now im withe my device NOT FIXED and Vodacom not saying anything to me!! I've been a loyal customer and it's so unfortunate that Vodacom has treated me like this. I need settlement quotation while we at it for my contract because i refuse to be treated like this.

Looking back....When i was upgrading, i received a faulty device (With battery life span issues) I went through hassles because i did it "ONLINE" again trying to get vodacom to take back the device as it was within 14 days Now this makes me wonder if the device was indeed swopped or repaired or did they send back the faulty device back to me?
