RUDE AGENT!!!!!!

What a cheecky agent!!!!!!! So today i contacted vodacom regarding the connection with my wifi i was connected to this agent named Alwethu, she was sooooo rude in such a way that she even dropped my call while i was still talking to her she firstly refused to log a service request for me and rudely refused to give me her surname so that when i do a follow up they will know who helped me she just dropped the call on my ear
