Rude agent!
Rude Agent! Wow a customer agent by the name of Anathi wow! Never experienced such rudeness in my life. Imagine calling in and you are just attacked by an agent! Please teach your staff about customer service! Im shocked to say the very least. The call was at 13:23 today, please go listen! Rude rude! Worst part is our company is associated with Vodacom and im just shocked!
