RUDE
I find Vodacom EXCEPTIONALLY EXCEPTIONALLY rude! Beginning of lockdown I made arrangements to pay them *** amount less, not wanting a payment holiday as its LOCKDOWN = NO INCOME! I have paid them what I arranged, as true as f... a month after making arrangements they started harassing me and threatening I am going to get switched off. FFs do they think lockdown was only 1 month?? NOT IMPRESSED
