I called an asked for a contract, only to get to the store after they said they had the phone that they don't have the phone in stores, after a whole drive there and had to wait for hours before they could get a handset in stores and before all they I was looking for the Vodacom4U store, the people from the actual vodacom store at EASTGATE sent me to park Meadows and only to find out its a Vodacom Chatz and the guy there was so busy on his phone he sent me back to Eastagte and there that when I took hours waiting on a phone... I had asked for a prepaid contract, the lady there signed it under a another contract and I had to pay for unnecessary charges simple because she didn't listen... I Truly regret signing a contract with vodacom Absolute *******!!! this morning I wake uo to an unknown deduction but ai it is what it is.
