Your upgrade consultants are not very clued up on the products and packages your guys are selling.
Your upgrade consultant upgraded my package and promised me the samsung watch 4 was a 44mm but after calling today to track my order i was told it was a 40mm
I have called vodacom 3 times today and all the consultants give you a different story on packages. Some will offer you a discount some say they not allowed too i must call retentions. I call retentions they cant offer you anything
All i want is an upgrade!
I have no idea why i am still with vodacom
