I phoned last week for my upgrade. I took the Huawei p40 lite deal. And was told the phone was in stock and would be delivered within 3 to 7 days.
I phoned again this morning to follow up and was told the phone is on back-order as there is not stock in the country, I then told the lady to cancel the upgrade and cancel my contract, she then said she will put me through to the correct department, and no one answered.
******* service. Please cancel my contract, I am done with using Vodacom
