I went to Vodacom to get my phone repaired I’m disappointed yet not surprised, I got at the Jabulani branch at 14:50 & they were closed already but the trading hours showed 08:00-15:00, the employees just stood there & looked at me when I showed them the time on my phone & they continued with packing up & acted as if I wasn’t even there, I also took some pictures of them to solidify my statement… fast forward I googled the Jabulani branch landline yesterday & I gave them a call but It took me to voicemail for the whole day. So just a heads up that Vodacom Jabulani branch might be there for decoration or maybe it’s the desired service for the townships.
