*******

I have had numerous problems over the last couple of years with Vodacom. From taking my airtime and data and other problems. This time they switch my phone of. Locking all, I only can receive incoming calls. At first I thought that its because I did not pay my account, but then they tell me that they did received payment. The lady in accounts said that I am active and my account is payed with a credit. I have to restart my phone and wait "15" minutes. (Since when do you wait 15 minutes on restarting your phone). I switched it of and waited an half an hour. Switched back on still nothing. So much so that the gentelman at the call centre asked the person in accounts, That they have received the payments but their system in the help centre shows I am in arrears over R500. But accounts confirm I have an credit. With this all I did send them many times over proof of payment. Till today, when I spoke to a lady in accounts. She then told me to hold on, witch I did. When she came back on line, it was with a third party. A Mr. Rodriqes. She then said that their are a message on the system that he needed to be phoned. They need to lock my phone and phone him before they unlock it. On witch he rep**** that it is a lot of *******. We don't even know one another. How is it that a third party can give orders to a company like Vodacom to have a persons phone locked. This account is on my name and my name alone. So no private person has any right to or have the athority to do this. That tells me and show me the stuff Vodacom does and get away with. The person at Vodacom then informed me she can't do anything for me. Mr Roderiques must resolve it. What load of *******. Vodacom has yet again caused me to lose income and a contract. I now had enough of their incompetance, or is it done by design?

Dr Cobus Klopper
